Job Announcement - Executive Director

For the first time in seven years, the Mendocino Land Trust is searching for a new executive director. The MLT family is extremely grateful to outgoing director Ann Cole for her years of service and wishes the very best in her upcoming retirement

 

The new executive director will lead a staff of five others in pursuing Mendocino Land Trust’s mission of preserving coastal and inland properties, forestland and agricultural land as well as restoring watersheds and building and maintaining trails in Mendocino County. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising a professional team, a background in land conservation and proven success in fundraising, budget management and working with community partners. The new director will collaborate with staff and the Board of Trustees to implement the Land Trust’s strategic plan. The director will also work to maintain established standards of excellence and work to secure national accreditation renewal for the Land Trust in 2022.
