As a local nonprofit, Mendocino Land Trust depends on the support we receive from our community. With the help of our members and donors, we are bringing communities and nature together by connecting people and the land, and inspiring a love of the land.
Your support will strengthen our work, and donations are immediately put to use to conserve the land that defines our region.
Here are the ways you can support Mendocino Land Trust:
Set up Monthly Donations
Monthly Giving Program – Be a Conservation Champion Each Month
Your monthly gift will make the difference it takes to ensure every our landscapes and family lands are preserved for future generations. You will help make sure that conservation happens every month, every time it’s needed.
Monthly giving is a convenient way to support our work, and even a small monthly gift can make a major difference. Simply click on the DONATE button and check the "I would like to make this a recurring donation" box. Monthly gifts start at just $10 per month.
You might also check with your bank to see if you can use online bill pay to set up a monthly donation to Mendocino Land Trust for any amount you choose. Most banks make this easy to do online.
Honorary or Memorial Gifts
An honorary or memorial gift to Mendocino Land Trust acknowledges the importance of someone special in your life while creating a lasting tribute. Commemorate a milestone or a significant occasion, such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary or retirement with an honorary gift for a friend or loved one, or give a memorial gift in remembrance.
Become a Business Sponsor or Partner

Business Sponsors: Our business sponsors donate a minimum of $1,000 per year to support our work, and are featured here, in our print publications, and at our events.
Business Partners: Our business partners connect their business brand with our mission in creative ways that are mutually beneficial, and receive acknowledgment here, in our online communications, and at our events.

In-Kind Gifts: Many businesses generously donate food and wine for our events, which is a huge boost for our limited budget.

Mendocino is a place that once you’ve visited, you never forget. The beauty and quaintness and the rural and rugged character inspire a desire to preserve it. Conserve the character of Mendocino County by naming the Land Trust in your estate plans. By doing so, you will help ensure this legacy continues for generations to come.
Several charitable planning options are available that allow you to make a long-term gift.
