Navarro Point Stewards
Navarro Point offers spectacular views of the Mendocino Coast from from its dramatic bluffs. The coastal trail that loops around the preserve is a great place to watch for migrating whales or just take in the expansive views of the Pacific ocean. There are rare plants in many locations on this property, and the preserve is particularly beautiful during wildflower season.
Navarro Point is owned and managed by the Mendocino Land Trust. We rely on volunteer stewardship workdays to maintain our network of public access trails and beaches. Volunteers spend the day pulling invasive plant species, picking up garbage, maintaining the trail, and taking in the beautiful scenery. Stewardship workdays are open to all ages and experience levels. Come for an hour or stay all day.
Navarro Point volunteer days are a regularly scheduled event. Find this and all currently scheduled volunteer opportunities on our Events page.
